I accidently knocked off one of the reflectors on the front fender of my gts. Does any one know the replacement cost? Another option would be to simply remove the other reflector. Any suggestions on removing it with out breaking it?
Thanks.

Less than $15 ea and Motorsport (plus shipping)
The yes or no for the reflectors is your visibility/comfort level. When I pull up to my garage at night with my car these are the first things I see which convinced me to leave them on. If you have some other reflective devices/decals etc you may want to take them off. They do mess up the lines of the scoot. |

You really can't remove them without breaking the posts. You can also get plugs for the holes @ Motorsport. I pulled my rear reflectors off when I added reflective checkered strips back there. The plugs, even unpainted, look much better.
Only reason I have the front ones on still is that they were being stubborn the first time I tried yanking 'em off several months ago and I haven't tried again yet. |

Washington Vespa keeps a big box of those suckers in the store. They are a very cheaply made part what with the plastic post that goes through the fender. I got several replacements there for @ $7. ea.

Heed the advice of our own less is more Curt Fargo and M@ - "Rip them off!" then "stomp on it w/ your Doc Martins". It's better that way. Should I pop off my reflector???
Then go for a ride with one of the fast boys and just kick your remaining front fender off - it'll make your scoot a teeny bit faster. |

ET's look retarded without the front fender. Vintage bikes look like street racers without them. Go figure.
