Hi all
First of all i'm New so please let me know if i'm not posting in the right place.

Just bought a Vespa lx50 and have a few questions for the experts

The glass of the headlight is broken and fell off . Found a replacement glass on eBay. Question is how is it meant to be attached ? Is it originally glued ?

Second question. How can i remove the horn cover ? Would like to repaint this specific part.

Thanks very much to this who are able to help

Someone will pipe in
I used panel adhesive to do a light on one of my old t5s. ... I had it in my shed so it was free .... cleaned the old stuff off the reflector n put a little line round it n taped it down hard till it went off .... It stayed put ..... just make sure the stuff don't squeeze out inside or ya not getting in there to clean it off ....
dunno about the horn cover but there's a screw under the top badge for starts
👍😉

Thanks for replying. Wanted to check if I didn't miss any « fixing system » that I was not aware of. So tape or glue it will be ! Will try to find out the best solution

Nostress94 - Welcome to the forum!
Regarding removing the horn cover....it's not hard. Suggest you watch a video on Utube from ScooterWest. Look for the Euro turn signal upgrade, or LED headlight upgrade...almost every upgrade starts with Robot removing the horn cover. Basically it's carefully remove the badge, remove the screw underneath the badge, turn the steering to one side and lift the horn cover up and forward.
