There was another Ape-turned-food-truck thread here not long ago. Wax it pizza as well? I think it was for sale here in the US.

We get a similar one come to our tennis club for small events though the one we get has a chimney that goes up at the back. Not sure whether they use real wood but it does look rather sweet.

These ovens use either wood or gas. This particular business uses gas. I happen to own one of those ovens, and they are spectacular. This is what comes out of them. Unfortunately, I don't have an Ape to cook out of.

Oh, hell, Stang, that pizza looks so good...and I need to get to bed. Guess I know what's for lunch or dinner tomorrow!
And, yeah, best-put-to-use Ape ever. |

Here's a review of a few different small pizza ovens, Roccbox is first choice https://www.seriouseats.com/2017/05/best-backyard-pizza-ovens-review.html |

Several years back, while staying in Capestang in southern France, we had pizza from one such as this. Very tasty.
It was a popular eatery along the Canal du Midi. |

I remember doing that at Seaside Heights growing up and then going to the stand across the way and get a fresh made lemonade made in front of you while you waited. I sure do miss them. Nothing close to that down here. |
