I go with the Petro-Canada Ultra 94 and don't look at the cost as I'm only filling up bikes. What I am interested in is if there are any Canadians here that have a preference as to what is the best gas we can get for our bikes?

I'm with Vintage Red-$1.71 a gallon for regular at Sam's Club just across the border in South Carolina. Premium is $2.01 this morning.

Here we Belgium (Europe) we pay $ 1.60/liter or about $ 5.18/gallon, and that's "very cheap" at the moment. Government tax ripp-off

Pertamax. Not sure what octane but it is more than Pertalite.
11,500 Rp a litre from a motorbike mini pump. 11500 x 3.85/14500 = $3.05 Shell V-Power is 11,950 |

Don't know the current price in Mexico but on the general subject of gasoline I had to abort my trip there to ride for 10 days that was to have begun today.
Mexico's new president, "AMLO", shut down a bunch of pipelines (crooks tap them)and has the military monitoring loading & dispatch of tankers(they steal some of that too) to gas stations. His purpose is to curb gasoline theft which has been rampant there for a long time and losses in the billions$$$. Seems his methods are ill-planned or at least resulted that way. Much, not all, of the country is in a serious mess as many gas stations are closed and many others have standing lines monitored by military. Some air ports are closed, not all. My buddy who lives there (Toluca) cannot get home from Guanajuato and has stood in line two days so far and bought no gas to travel. Our current glut of gasoline may grow as Mexico pipelines shut down? They do get most of the refined product from the USA. Baja gets all it's gasoline via tanker boats and has an 8.5 days supply. It is a mess there and I was afrais to fly into a Mexico City when the capital of the DF, Toluca, has given all government employees off until the 14th, as no gasoline. What little there is people are hoarding. Back to gasoline prices... Here in KY like always the KY/TN border stations are 20-25 cents cheaper than where I live and paying ~ $1.85. |

I'd comment more specifically but to do so would be political and go down that "rabbit hole". But I suppose all governments are a money sucking device of some sort? |

Still, filling up my Vespa brings more joy than filling up my car. But even if my Vespa used as much gas as my car, I'd still ride it 8) |

Then there's Ecuador where gasoline is dirt cheap, or Venezuela where it's even cheaper.
Some places (countries, states or parts of states) the various costs of living equal out while others are flat out too expensive for a normal existence. One e.g. in the USA is those states which have no state income tax yet can be very expensive places to live overall in many areas. |

Local prices went up 4ยข over-night. The trend has been a penny or two down every few days for the last couple months.

Ours has gone up 10 cents in a week, exception is that some have self controlled prices which stay the same until they buy more which results in small guy stations that are cheaper than say Murphy Mart/Walmart or Shell branded.
