Once its started and idles for a couple of minutes, Its fine on restarts usually a kick or two. Any suggestions how to speed up the starting process? Thanks in advance,

What is the timing set at ? Have you ever done a pressure test to check the condition of the seals ? With all that information I'm sure you'll get your answer.
