Thinking of upgrading my Allstate a little with this: http://www.scootermercato.com/Scooter-Parts/Cylinder-Assembly/97230
a 20/20 carb and a bigger standard exhaust. It seems pretty straight forward but I am wondering if setting the timing is needed for this? I've never set the timing before. Any links/tip on how to do this would be helpful. I do have a strobe. Thanks.
