Do you mean the tumblers that the keys go into or the green plastic switch on the back of the assembly?

Hopefully it will come right out. If it doesn't, you will have to destroy it, and then sand and scrape the plastic off the inside of the lock tube, which is very difficult due to the lack of working area.
