My wife had to get rid of her Vespa due to balance problem's. Whilst we been in Portugal on holiday she has seen a 50cc 3 wheeler, Chinese I think. So when I get back to UK I want to get her a second hand one. I have seen in the past some on facebook and ebay but my very unsmart phone is not coming up with anything when I try and search ebay and facebook anyone got any ideas what wording to put in
Thankyou

This discussion comes up quite often here. Most of the pertinent threads are in the MP3 forum. Not sure if you are talking about a rigid trike or a leaning trike such as the MP3. If you are thinking about a leaning trike, you need to know that balancing it while taking off, riding, and slowing down all require balancing just like a 2-wheeler. With the MP3, the main difference regarding balancing is that the tilt lock holds the scooter in position when stopped, but immediately releases when you start out.

I found some with a search for "trike scooter 50cc". For example, "extrememotorsales.com". Some had the two wheels forward, others in the rear. This site appeared to have Chinese scooters for the USA. I don't know if they sell them in the U.K.

Good luck!

I also found some pictures of a "Honda 50cc Gyro" cargo or delivery scooter. They may have been ten years old; it was an old web page. They had big boxes on the back, which may be good or bad depending on what you want -- but they're Hondas.

I have seen some of these in Europe.

Thankyou both. I think a rigid one would be best
