someone needs to come up with Coffee Cereal,= and get wilfred brimely to promote it.

My breakfast is the same as Gary's, except Camel Filters instead of winston-salems.

These days for breakfast I am enjoying porridge and brown sugar with a good espresso coffee as soon as possible afterwards. If time is limited, I can be encouraged to substitute Sultana Bran for the porridge......the coffee is non-negotiable.

Cereal is bad for me for 1 reason, I'm hungry almost exactly 1 hour later!!!
Doesn't matter the brand or anything. Just a weird thing I've noticed.

Depending on what is in the fridge and how early in the am it is will sometimes dictate what I'm eating.

2 cups of coffee minimum.

Sometimes Pre-made waffles, bacon (pork or turkey) eggs.
Or toast/biscuits/bagel/muffin...it depends on what's there.

My wife usually doesn't eat much in the am. So I'm responsible for my own shopping on the breakfast menu and supplies.

What ever happened to cool cereal prizes? Now you just get a sample bran bar. We need to have a talk with the Cap'n.

1st Breakfast (5:45AM): 3 hard boiled eggs and whatever piece of fruit makes it into the pet carrier as I leave for work at 4:45 AM

2nd Breakfast (8:15AM): A Banana

God, I can be such a dork sometimes...

Favorite cereals are 'Quaker Natural' (no raisins) or 'Frosted Rice Chexs'. The BV gets 91 octane Chevron every meal. Just keeping it scooter related for anyone prone to trip on the trivial. Been there.
