Can folks post some pix of where they mount their phone on their GTS? I have one that grips to the mirror stem, but not very well. I'd love to see some solutions.

You may find some info using the search function. Phone mounts have been discussed a bit.

I use this from interphone.com
It mounts on the non tubular handlebar areas. (just inboard of the mirror stem) It's pretty much a wide, strong, softish zip tie. Easily removable too. You buy this mount and a case that holds your phone from them. Very solid.

Questions re: RAM X-Grip phone mount for GTV handlebars

I use RAM Mounts on my mirror stalks on my GTS, for phone and camera.

i also use RAM mounts on my GTS for phone, GOPRO, coffee holder etc, I rec the universal holder for the phone holder as it gives you more options, you do need an adapter for the RAM mount on the mirror but it works great have had it for many years, recently added one for the other side, so I can have both the coffee holder and phone at the same time.

RAM Mount
This is the configuration on my GTS. A RAM mount directly to the bodywork by the left grip, and a short extension to a phone holder.

while drilling to the body work would work I never wanted to do that and the mirror mounts work great, I did place some electrical tape on the mirror stem where I mounted the RAM mount to protect it, not sure if that needed but I figured why not, has so far worked well for years

I def do not want to drill into the bodywork. I was considering making something that ties between the flyscreen mounts. A piece of pipe or tube.

no snaps, look at the RAM mount website and they show you everything but you can sometimes get better prices on Amazon and if you don't like it Amazon is usually easy to return to.
