I wear them during the winter. It really helps with blocking the cold wind, especially if you get the 1/4 thick hide....This is only when I ride my Harley. When I am on the Vespa, I dont' wear them because the legshield helps with that.

my legs and ass got cold today (jeans) even with the legshield but can't imagine trying this option as I need less ventilation / plus wouldn't match my new helmet that well nor my lx150 / but you never know... put the word Vespa on a pair and I bet they would sell out (jk)

Well, Spock, now that the subject has come up.... LMAO I do wear them in very clod weather, when going at high speeds, they keep me warm. When on long frwy trips I feel like if I go down my legs are protected better, same for the leather jacket. Tho recently I got a Kevlar mesh shirt that I feel gives me a good bit of upper body protection. When I had horses I had 3 pairs of chaps, all above mentioned chaps are worn with some brand of jeand or other. Tho there have been occasions, but we won't go into that here QB

Do they have assed chaps. My ass is my best feature. I don't want to leave it hanging in the wind, unprotected.
