I read this P200 break in period but my question is one of oil mix.

What should it be during break-in? and afterwards?

2 percent is fine all around so long as youre jetted correct for your setup.

For break in- just go rrreeaalll easy on the motor the first few miles. After that mellow on the acceleration, dont rev it too high, dont lug the motor during shifts, dont engine brake too hard etc.
