I've just removed the glovebox cover on my 2013 GTS 300. Can anyone tell me what the 2 electrical connectors in the picture are meant to be used for? - They are located behind the r/hand side turn signal. The white connector has a black and yellow/black wire running to it, and the black and yellow connector contains a single, white/yellowish wire.

Yep. I have the same on mine. Im guessing Piaggio are using up their old stock of wiring harnessess. Mines a 2014. The white is a power connector that fixes to the middle light like the older vespa gts used to have in the horncast. Even though my Vespa is an up to date one I still use mine as a light source. Throw in an led and it sits behind the horn cover. I do work evenings so the more lights for me at night to be seen the better. The yellow i have no idea.

Thanks Tom. So essentially, you have resurrected the discontinued horn cover light that was on the earlier 250s & 300s?, I think I might try doing the same. I presume there is a suitable mounting point for it somewhere behind the horn cover? All we need to do now is for someone to tell us what the black and yellow connector is for.....

I reconnected an old light fiting to it from a car and added the led bulb. I just cable tied that to a part of the steering column furnishings held behind the horncast. Good luck.😜
