Hey guys, when I upgraded from a GTS250 to my 18 GTS300 I opted for the PM Tuning exhaust but was hoping for a little louder experience. My 250 had a LV exhaust with the db killer removed. Is this something I can do with the PM?
Thanks!

Next step is riding with just the downpipe fitted. |

Let's see if I got this right: You want the PM 68 to be louder? Don't know if there are any louder pipes than the ones from PM Tuning. Next step is riding with just the downpipe fitted.[/quote] It's not as loud as my old Leo Vince, not even close. |

It should be tack welded in place like the restrictor in a two stroke exhaust, designed to be broken away without a lot of effort.

As you can see here ( https://www.scooter-center.com/en/pm1006c/db-eater-pm-tuning-pm61-pm62-pm66-pm68 ) the db killer is called the entire endcap unit, held by four rivets.

No, it isn't. It's the long hollow pipe. That's most of what comes out when you pull the Dbkiller out.

If you've taken the screw out that's at the bottom and goes into the bolt you see in the photo, pull the center pipe straight out. It's that simple.
