Mine's given me a few hassles.

First, it simply wont fit with a Pinasco tubeless wheel. Not the end of the world, but frustrating.

Worst though, the heads of the bolts that hold the dick on are hitting the shock when it's under load.

I've written to Crimaz to see if he can see what's wrong, but if anyone can see anything obvious I've screwed up, feel free to shout out...

Looks like you may have the lower shock bolt in backwards, although that may not be the issue here. But perhaps the shock is not seated properly, or the SIP shock is slightly larger. A grinder or file could take 1/16th of an inch off either side and make it work.

That also looks super-divey. Do you have the correct spring?

x2 on everything NotA said. I'd take a file or flapper disc to the lower portion of the shock to try to get the clearance needed. I'd also look for lower profile bolts for the brake disc. It's frustrating, but totally common when mix n' matching different aftermarket parts (heck, it's even common when combining aftermarket parts from the same company).

Which part is causing the Pinasco rim not to fit?

...and maybe do something about that incredible amount of dive you got going on?

Yep, I'd throw out those unsightly screws, and replace them with the countersunk type. You can machine the holes in the disc to match the taper in the screws, so that they're nice and flush while retaining full fastening properties.
