I never met Judy, I joined this forum back on March, so I didn't have the honor to interact much with her. However every time I search for anything, the red toaster comes up with answers.

Does anyone has a JPG of the toaster with a better resolution, I could make stickers as homage to her kindnes.

No toaster here but I still have the last text I exchanged with her on my phone. I haven't been able to bring myself to delete it.

I still have her Ruby helmet resting on my fireplace mantle. When people inquire about it I tell them all about how some people in this world truly try to make it a better place for all the others, through kind and generous acts.

Yes how many others would take a day off their plans to meet up with a pair of total strangers who they only knew from a few posts on a forum to show them around Honolulu.

One day that was the highlight of a 28 day cruise in the Pacific!

As we walked off our ship in Honolulu my husband said, "I see a Vespa." My response was that's Judy on Leo and she's our guide for the day. We not only had a lovely day scooting around the island but I also had the pleasure of hosting her and Mike for a few days at our house in Breckenridge. Somewhere on this forum I posted a very rare picture of Judy wearing an armored jacket and solid shoes on a scooter. Of course it was also snowing by the time we got back to the house so the extra gear over her normal Hawaii riding attire was appreciated.

I would HAPPILY buy that sticker!!!

Especially if a portion proceeds go to some charity. Cancer, Scooterist...something. I'd like to believe Judy would be humbled but happy about it

If my memory is right, I thought you posted a pic of her wearing the armored jacket and Crocs.
Maybe she switched to shoes after or maybe my memory is flawed. Regardless, I always think of her in Crocs.

I have stacks of things she sent me over the years. She and I traded goodies. She wanted a coffee cup I bought while I was in Bangkok and sent it to her. However, the one thing that always reminds me of that dear woman is my gremlin bell. It's completely not me...Hawaiian, turtles and hibiscus on it, and I absolutely love it. I remember her when I ride and know she's probably now my guardian angel.

Miss you Judy.

I know the photo I posted of our ride in Hawaii she was wearing crocs but I thought she had regular shoes on with the snow. I know she had socks on. She was laughing at wearing "real" gear since normally she only wore a helmet when it came to actual motorcycle gear.

I would rock those stickers on absolutely everything, the truck, the Jeep, all the scoots, both project or running. The fridge, tool boxes and the safe too

I don't have a toaster sticker (I tried to make one, but I'm not good enough in illustrator to draw something like that), but I made some bunny stickers for her celebration back in October and might still have some around here somewhere.

PM me if you want one.

Judy was absolutely a one of a kind. As I said before, she'd helped me through some difficult times with her own special brand of tough love.
"Buck up buttercup, put your big boy pants on" was the subject line of quite a few messages from her when I was down. Modern Vespa's own self appointed 'Big Sister'.

I'd like to have a couple of those stickers too for my rides.
FYI: When my local Honda dealership gets another 'New Cub' in it's going to take up residence in my garage and it'll be named 'Judy'.

I've somewhat had difficulty commenting on the different tribute posts for Judy. I considered her a good friend throughout 10 years on MV. Never a week went by without a message from her. Thus my belated comments...

During the spring of 2014 I was having a conversation with Fred Haise (Apollo 13) and Charlie Duke ( Apollo 16) about the July celebration of the 45 year anniversary of the first moon landing. Somehow Snoopy came into the conversation. 'Lets send him on a journey around the world as an educational ambassador.' How? Hmmm. The good people at ModernVespa! That's how it all started. Fred donated his Snoopy signed by Fred & Charlie. So, how do we get him moving? That's where Judy steps up to help. All agreed the first trip should have some significant miles put on him. Fred mentioned Dillingham Field. KSC to Oahu, that'll work. Judy spoke to Fred and agreed. In Judy's words "Dillingham airfield was the first place the Japanese planes came over Oahu at Kaena point during WWII. The rest as they say, is history."

Many of our members throughout the world had a chance to host the little guy. Great memories throughout his 18 month journey. Our MV Snoopy now resides at the American Space Museum. And, it all started with our Judy.
In regard to the sticker, yes! Please forward me one. You never know. It could possibly, somehow, travel outside of our world for an eternity! Razz emoticon

I quite often go and find an old Judy post to give it a Thumbs Up, I'd hate to see her name slide down the best karma league

https://modernvespa.com/members?mode=karma_best

There literally aren't enough Judys in this world, and the fact that MV got one of them is very humbling.

Judy was a jewel. I talked to her on the phone sometimes. She was always sending presents and insisted that I go visit her. Now I regret I did not make the time to do so.

I love MV and her presence and posts always gave a sense of incredible kindness. I have a cool ass cover she was gracious enough to give among many other things.

She is irreplaceable.

A sticker would be super!

She sent me this shirt two years ago in December. For those who don't know it is the months for GLBT people. This is the logo that they use every year.

I love it and wear it on AIDS day in December.

Great shirt! I don't see project red as a gay thing but more about eliminating HIV/AIDS . Don't get me wrong, I think it is great you wear it that day. I just want people to realize it is not a gay only disease as it is fas less picky than that being the only precursor to being infected. I own many project red products and am happy to support the movement.

Now for Judy. Would the powers that be here mind if the MV logo and toaster were used together? We loved her and MV is really the reason why we all got to know her. I think it is the perfect union if produced in a limited run so that only those of us that knew her get the sticker. MV could not ask for a better ambassador to the brand than Judy.

Great idea! Judy sent me several PM's when I looking at buying our Vespa's and we had several nice little chats. She provided some great insight concerning a dealer.

I'd buy 4 stickers, one for each scooter!
