Hi guys,

Rode a GTS 125 from Lands End to John O'Groats a few years back, loved it and brought a GTS 300 last year.

Now the stock front shock is terrible(also ride a KTM 990 SMT) and I want something better! I've been looking at the Bitubo front and rear shocks, anyone have experience with these?

Any advice appreciated!

I can not provide technical advice however I have the Bitubo front & rear shock installed on my 2017 GTV and it handles completely different than the stock shocks. Riding over speed bumps or rougher road surfaces is very smooth.

I've had Bitubos, front and rear, on my LX for about 8 years. Greatly improved handling and ride.

My only gripe is that the narrower-than-stock bushing loop at the bottom of the rear shock caused the rubber bushing to wear prematurely, and I had to replace it.

Same here on a 2017 GTV. Also feels more planted at highway speeds from 60 MPH and up.

Thanks all, seems like good feedback for the Bitubo. I had been looking at cheaper alternatives but I know I'll regret it.
