I'm hoping that in the parallel universe a bike has the momentum of a truck, a scooter an SUV, a car a twinkie.

Or not
i wonder if they have taken into account quantum tunneling? Unless the 'barrier' has infinite thickness there is a finite probablity of finding the the object on the other side.
Haven't yet seen an explanation of where the mass/energy comes from to support a multi-verse. Although a hidden dimension would be a handy explanation for virtual particles. |

Znomit's missing sock theory is tantalizing. We have a missing coffee mug. Hmmmm...
My black GTS has a rattle in the vicinity of the transmission, my red GTS doesn't, but both perform identically. Hmmmm... I have two identical stainless steel pocket pen knives, one here in Toronto, one in Vancouver. The Vancouver knife is missing, but the Toronto knife isn't. Hmmmm... It all points to those extra dimensions. There may be ten dimensions of matter plus one dimension of time. Now it all makes perfect sense. Thanks Attila! 😉 |

For reference:
A parallel universe, also known as a parallel dimension, alternate universe or alternate reality, is a hypothetical self-contained plane of existence, co-existing with one's own. The sum of all potential parallel universes that constitute reality is often called a "multiverse". The Multiverse is the idea that our Universe, and all that's contained within it, is just one small part of a larger structure. This larger entity encapsulates our observable Universe as a small part of a larger Universe that extends beyond the limits of our observations. That entire structure - the unobservable Universe - may itself be part of a larger spacetime that includes many other, disconnected Universes, which may or may not be similar to the Universe we inhabit. Them words ain't mine. Stole'm from Wiki and Forbes. These are mine: So, with all these universes or is it "universi"? It's still going to be like trying to pick out the fastest line in the grocery store and changing lines. The new line sucks just as bad or worse. |

It's an object of worship from a parallel universe (America). Sometimes mistaken for food but actually contains no nutritional value. It's thought that after a nuclear war only Twinkies and cockroaches will survive to repopulate the planet.

Thanks, znomit. I had no idea that Wikipedia had so much information on such trivial subjects. A sign of the times, I guess. Anyway, now I am culturally educated.
