So kind of a newbie to the mp3. Loving it immensely! I was very worried about the weight of it and not being able to park her on my own. But I find I'm having the opposite problem. I've gotten very good at putting her on the stand but I really struggle with taking her off of it. I'm 5'8" and about 135 lbs. Any hints or techniques to make it easier to get off stand?

lol most people struggle the other way round.
iv found putting left hand on handlebars whilst pulling back brake, right hand on left rear grab rail, put your feet into a power stance, just wider than your shoulders. put your weight onto your left foot and gently lean left and gently pull with your right hand. do not tug or yank the scooter. always gently. always on the left of the scooter, always hold the brake leaver in, always have a power stance.

Thanks Buddy! I assumed you meant with the tilt lock on to not have to worry about holding her upright also. I tried that this morning and made several stops thru the day and this worked wonders. I set the lock, follow your suggestion and off the stand she comes! Makes me feel a lot better being able to do it first try then struggling so much before a ride. Probably looks a lot better too!

I use the method described but on the left side so that i can use the front brake to gently let it off the center stand.

Yes. The left side. So glad to have found a working method.

Hint to make it easier, only use the center stand for maintenance when needed.

If your parking area is not level, it will take more effort to get the scooter either on, or off, the center stand. Depending on the direction of the slope.

I have the opposite problem! I can get it off the stand, but not on. Even STANDING my full weight on it. It's worse since I lowered it. My husband can do it, but I guess I need to gain some weight...

Lowering it will change the angle and geometry that the stand was designed for. Now you have to deadlift the weight part way before leverage kicks in.
