My experience with the DRT selector is reinforced spring for the balls is too much with the deeper seats= harder to shift. Standard spring is better IMO. I like to roll the sharp edge of the case where the bearing journal is, near the transfer.

Yes I noticed that DRT spring is too hard. But engine was already done. All shifts ok as for me except of neutral some times.

It's old photos, before war starts.
Now I can ride only from home to work and backward as we have big problems with fuel availability. Huge queues on fuel stations and price is up twice

But even this little rides lets me get away from everyday problems.

The selector link and shims for the clutch look really slick.

Do you have the link for those parts?

Judging by the sticker they came from here:
https://www.10pollici.com/en/homepage/classic-vespa/engine/gear-cogs/smallframe/link-md-racing-gear-selector-vespa-smallframe.2.1.111.gp.6691.uw

Can you feel the difference with the new link?

I just got my hands on a manifold for PHBL24 too. Do you have pictures of how the rotary intake was ported on your cases? I see you did a real nice job on the transfers.

Stay safe!

That's awesome, wonder if SIP sell it?

The shims might be more important though…

the FINYoshi give right link on 10POLLICI. And your link on SIP is right too. I used shims because I want to put in Ferodo XL2 sport clutch that I bought few years ago. But have no luck with it - maybe because Ferodo XL2 clutch is crap. It drags when clutch lever is engaged and its slips when change to 3 and 4 gear. So I put in my old clutch with one spring and Malossi clutch kit with 4 corks and reinforced spring.

Yes difference is noticed as for me. I like when gears changes quick and clearly. I use SIP Quick gear pulley since first rebuild. Now with MD link and new SIP blocks I totally pleased how all works.
I ported intake only from outside and a bit inside. Rotary pad is not in perfect condition but all works fine. Starts from the first kick everytime and holds idle perfect.
Here only photos I have.
