Anyone have any experience with prematurely worn Zelioni type 3 discs?
I absolutely love mine on the GTV but just noticed the rear has excessive play after only 16,000km. That's not value for money at $145 USD each! Front seems fine although I did free up the seized buttons (thanks YouTube), which I think is what caused the rears to wear so fast.

With many holes in the disc the brake pads are consumed faster, brakes better but consumes more brake pads; consumption is different because in front of you you brake less and behind more.
The erosion of the metal in the disc is partly due to a coarser grain than the metal molecules which allows greater friction, there is nothing else to brake very much ... we need to increase friction by working on greater roughness but be careful. ... also increases the heat that in some cases can deform the discs or vitrify (harden) the brake pads.

I might have been a bit vague with my description. The disc surface and pad wear is fine. It's the two discs that are held together with buttons which have the play or slop. I tried to upload a video but it wouldn't accept.

Does you scoot have ABS?

How will any different disc make it stop better than the grip of the tyres on the road surface will allow?

I think it's more for an aesthetic question ...

You say where the brake disk is fixed? Where are the bushings?

Is there actually a problem or are they just rattling too much?
Is there a spec on the amount of float they should have?

I've uploaded the video on streamable. Not sure if that worked.
The two discs that are tied together with buttons have significant play and do rattle. They brake fine, just rattle. Not sure how else to describe.
