I've owned it from new (purchased from Folwers of Bristol, still have the receipt, folder, paperwork), used for commuting daily for the last 3 years. I've two small children so this has rarely been used for anything other than commuting!
My commute is changing so I no longer require this bike, it's been 100% reliable, safe, secure and plenty of power when required. It's performance in the wet is quite amazing, the brakes and extra safety it provides have been reasuring. I can't really fault it for what it is. Tilt-lock (keeping it upright without having to put your feet down) is a nice luxury to have, especially when it's raining!
It's just been through it's first MOT with no advisories. I'd encourage people to run the numberplate through DVLA or whatever checks you like. I purchased this outright so there's no silly finance setup on it.
It's been very well maintained, always serviced as per the manufactures guidance or in excess of what's required.
Within the last month it's also had:
3 brand new tyres all around.
Oil change.
Oil filter.
Air filter.
Front bearings.
Handbrake adjusted
Although it isn't really due yet, there's a new Kevlar drive belt (circa £100) included with the bike for the next service interval. I could have this fitted prior to sale if requested.
Fuel Type - Petrol - Unleaded.
ABS & traction control.
Large under seat storage area with integral light.
Screen extender for additional protection and comfort.
Can be driven on a car license.
Helmet not required (please wear one though, and motorcycle gear!)
Advertised elsewhere and can be taken off at anytime.
I live in Cornwall, but only just(Devon border)! I'm only a few miles away from Plymouth.
I've been back to Fowlers of Bristol for a service, this bike rides very happily along the motorway so I wouldn't worry too much about transport. It's ready to ride, on that note mileage will go up by around 16 miles a day for the moment as I'm still using it (not for long though). I could delivery locally, please don't ask me to transport it to Manchester though. 'Local' could be as far as Exeter if can find the time. Obviously you'd have no problems driving whatever distance you need home, it's very comfy on the motorway.
