I noticed that posts regarding how to mount a cell phone or other device to the BV 350 are out of date. The newer model 350s make this very simple. I installed this model Ram Mount (RAM-B-176-A-UN7), available from Amazon for $58. All you need to do is remove the Piaggio bolt from the center wind screen support, and then install the mount using the bolt that comes with the Ram Mount. It is such a perfect fit that I think Piaggio must have designed this piece with the Ram Mount in mind.

This is a great mod if you are happy with the OEM windscreen. I found the OEM windscreen to be unbearable and had to get a larger one to avoid the wind noise on my helmet. The after market screens have different mounts for the windscreen. That center screw will still be there when you are done though.
