Ready to be delivered to my house, August 1, 2017.*

Easy to service, including the valves.
Getting @100mpg.

I did have to replace one malfunctioning part.
( black plastic gas cap kept trying to crossthread. Chinese red billet one works great!)

Sold a newish Japanese made Burgman 400 to purchase this Vietnamese made Piaggio.
The 500lb Burgman was a nice scooter - but I love this little Liberty! Better fit to my riding habits and much easier to service!
Would have loved to consider a Kymco People One big wheel, or an SH 150 Honda - but not sold here.

O.S.
* Why 'delivered'?, because the route was 40 miles of 55+ mph roads to my house. Not the way I wanted to break it in.
Also, note the plywood in dealer windows...tornado did that.

O.S. I take it overall you are pleased with the Liberty. How many miles do you now have on your Liberty? I see these from time to time on the road and think of you riding around your hometown.

I love the scoot -
Mileage? Honestly don't know. I keep the trip odo's on for station hunting.
I ride 4 to 6 days a week, 4 mile 'forced marches' (up some steep grades) with the pup the other days for our combined health.
I try to keep it to 50/50 with my 7yr old LIKE200i - so it stays newer longer.
Around 5,000 miles, sadly, on the Liberty - which I still consider brand new.
It's a blast to ride. Nice long seat!

Don't ask what the mount and top case cost. (although the custom matching paint, by ScooterWest, was no extra charge. I snagged the last one they had. Piaggio didn't make a color-matched case for the gloss red "S")
Both scoots get a lot of nice remarks - of course folks think the LIKE is some kind of ("probably restored?"), Vespa or Lambretta.
I just drink my coffee & pretend I don't speak English.
O.S.

Because it's too hard to explain and it happens a lot. I took a Like 50 and a Bashan Italian lookalike into town and despite all the name plates on the scooters people asked me if that was a Vespa.

It happens ... the original form often confuses ideas; the Asian scooter manufacturers count on this and it works. Nothing wrong as long as there is also quality.
