Cush drive rebuild - bearing stuck?

Rebuilding my cush drive on a 1999 PX200 (vse). So far, got all the rivets out, springs out. Removed the circlip and tapped on the shaft pretty hard, but the bearing doesn't seem to want to come out. Looking in the bearing side, it seems like there is a seat or something on the outside? I don't want to hit the shaft any harder than I already have, any suggestions?

The bike is a VSE1M PX200, disc, with cosa clutch.

Is it cool to use a punch on the end of that shaft? I nailed it pretty hard with a deadblow hammer while standing it on two studs to let the shaft fly free.
