Called 2 scooter repair shops and was told to use NGK BR9ES. I pulled the plug and it was a BR8ES. Which one is correct? BR8ES being the hotter one. Pulled plug had minimal carbon build up. What is the correct gap?

Recommended type: Champion N2C. Either plug should work, I would try it and see which one runs better.
