Modern Vespa

Anyone know the trick of fitting a 250 seat with the European looking strap on it on a 300 ? I have always wanted that strap on my seat. Pic I found shows tan like colored seat but I prefer black. This Malossi V4 kit almost causes what this guy in other picture is doing but I love it though lol.

We are presently in Italy and I must say the many of the Italian women riders LOOK like that model. Wow! Oh, and the thing which we find so hilarious, is how the helmet is "optionale" (said with an Italian accent), as it would mess up their hair. I'm not making this up!

I re-shaped the seat on my GT200. The strap from the factory was held on with 3/16" rivets. I re-attached it with short lath screws right next to the original rivet holds. It held well. I think that looks good on the GTS seat.

Their hair is going to get messed up with or without helmet after the wind gets ahold of it / helmet smashes their hair down lol. Been told by a dealer that the strip cant be fitted on a 300 seat. So if thats true does a 250 seat fit on a 300 ?

Took me a while to realise there was a scooter in the picture.

I know which one is most expensive strap or no strap lol.

My first thought was, "Strap? What strap?"

My understanding is that a 250 seat will fit on a '13 GTS. (I believe '15 and newer have a different seat pan).

Did you get your strap source sorted? I just found the light tan strap off my GT200. I thought it was on the seat when I sold it, but I still have it.
