Modern Vespa

Hello, I wanted to ask for a bit of help. So I have the 2007 Vespa LX 150. Looks like I have a similar issue. Starts right up, If you slowly give throttle to full it will accelerate no problem and go normal.. but if you quickly give full gas, it lags for a second or two and then accelerates quickly. It will almost stall out if you don't let off. I started taking apart the carb, but I wanted some insight first if possible.

I had that problem, caused by a tear in the carburetor piston diaphragm. Easily checked and replaced without even removing the carburetor if it's damaged.
