Got the scooter a couple months back with 14k. It was in descent shape, but since it lived near the ocean, it looked a bit rough.

YSS adjustable front and rear shocks
Scooter West switchback front turn signals
New City grips
Dr pulley weights
Black side panels to cover up scratches
Cluster LCD rehab
Blacked out: bar ends, mirrors, non rack grab handle, brake levers, trim, passenger pegs, swingarm.
Wrinkle black belt cover
UNI press in air filter inserts and filter with box mods
Dynamic custom brake and turn light integrator.
Hella yellow horn
Arrows full exhaust
Red powder coated calipers
Matte bronze MP3 wheels
Dobeck ejk tuner
New wheel bearings
Speedo cable
IWP158 injector 170cc/min

Love it! Now I don't have to wonder anymore what my silver '08 would look like with black panels and blacked out other parts!

Three questions:

What did you paint the tires with?

Did you bake cure the wrinkle paint or let it air dry? That's a big piece.

Why are the front fender reflectors still on?

The calipers, swingarm, belt cover, pegs, grab and wheels are all powder coated.

I need to figure out a plug for the front, I filled the rear by solvent welding in a tapered plug I made, but that only worked because I was doing the wrap. But I'm toying with the idea of covering the front fender in a 2x2 12k carbon fiber twill, if I can find a cheap front fender

Also on the chrome covers, I stripped all the chrome before painting them

Great Mod's! I admit, I NEVER thought of looking into the MP3 rims...

sadly just dropped FAR too much money to get my 300 back up and running. Gotta wait a bit on any additions/changes to the bike. Hoping to get my riding partners Crash bars for $100 soon. The original owner already dropped the bike and it has a bike dent on the left cowl. I just like the look of them.

I like your creativity. but I gotta say the black sides does not look good to me. there is soo much pretty scooter to look at but the eyes are just pulled right to the black sides. its like they stick out like a sore thumb.

I agree, but it was the easiest way to cover the rash from the tip over. Eventually I want to paint it a very dark metallic green

This looks great - I am hoping to one day land a pair of MP3 rims for my Vespa, I think they'd look great with the yellow.
