Ideas on a crank for above kit?
Kit requires a 97mm rod/crank.
What if I put in one with a 105mm rod like this one? Any additional spacers/bolts. I want the 20mm cone...

I can't answer your question. AND, I'm not trying to browbeat you, but you "want" the 20mm cone?..or are you "stuck" with using the 20mm cone? I'm sure the 24/25mm cone has been recommended to you already? It's just that if you're throwing lots more horsepower at your engine, the crank is probably the most critical part of all of it.

Just wanted something better than original 19mm cone.
So what do I need using the 24/25 cone in parts/modifications?
How about electric ignition?
Guess I cant not use a pinasco flytech for a 20mm cone?

I think there are conversion bearings and seals available to make it happen. Finding a crank and ignition that will fit should be super simple. All the P125 ETS (often miscalled a PK125 ETS by accident) and some of the PK125XL scooters came stock with the 24/25 taper. So any crank and ignition that fits a stock ETS will be a 24/25 taper. The engine cases that came in the P125ETS and PK125XL both have VMX6T prefixes. The cases are very hard to come by (at least in the US), and are very desirable for building up tuned Smallframes!
