i'm interested in the features of the alarm system that vespa installs at their shops and how good they are? does anybody have one of these things installed on their bike

Yes, I like it. It's cheap and has a small remote and a back up siren. Cons: it only goes off with a sharp jolt... no warning beeps with slight motion!

Is that a bike specific alarm or generic Vespa alarm?

My main question is whether that would plug right into the left legshield.
