FYI: That is best viewed from the New Jersey side most of the time.

That was true years ago, but the Macy's fireworks display is now on the East river, right at the Brooklyn Bridge and at Pier 17. The FDR drive along Manhattan's east side and local streets have sections closed so spectators can stand and watch. Brooklyn Heights would be a great spot too.

Staying in lane, leaving plenty of room behind a vehicle and stop cursing cagers that don't know the rules of the road are a few things to focus on. My 29 year old son found a Malaguti and we plan on taking rides together. That's what I'm looking forward to in 2020.
