I took the scooter for its Ministry of transport safety test on Monday. it passed with flying colours and no advisories, so well pleased with that. Initial road tests found that the exhaust was catching the side panel, but quickly sorted by turning the exhaust round 180 deg. it is a triangular shape, so with the wider end to the bottom the problem was solved.

Scomadi x9 500 is now registered with the DVLA as a 500cc scooter, it has been at Junction 33 developments for a remap, It took a while as the mapper did not have the protocols to map the ecu, he has since purchased the required equipment and done a mild remap which i requested, personally i think its fast enough as it is, so he has improved the fuel mixture made it richer as it was lean low end and very lean high end, its now has a very smooth power delivery.
Very pleased with the end results, It will be going up for sale shortly so i can find a new project.
