Is bigger really better?

No but I also see no problem with bigger if they think there is a market for it. A big well balanced bike really isn't that hard to handle and for true touring they can make for a more comfortable ride with better storage options. The CC's are reasonable as when you look at some of the other bug touring bikes like BMW you are often looking at 1700. They do have some competition though and personally I'd lean towards other brands.

Sure looks a lot like a BMW R1250RT Boxer Touring Bike.

Considering that Qianjiang was also the manufacturer of the Chinese Ural, which was a favorite of police departments in China, this would not really be a surprising development. Below is a photo I took of a "plastic Jiang" (the police "Ural") in Harbin a few years ago.

Do my eyes deceive me or do i see an abundant oil leakage from the cylinder heads?

I don't think so. The bike had a black anodizing or other black coating on the heads. On the other hand, that was obviously a bike which had been previously used as a police bike but had been sold on for private use and had been used pretty hard.
