I'm interested in the responses, my front R24 leaked all the fluid a couple of years ago, and I put the original back on.

I've had to replace my front one due to this. I was told by Max at ScooterWest that they couldn't be rebuilt, thus I'm on my 2nd front.

I found that Rocket was riding poorly recently, wanting to fall over to the left, making fast, left hand turns very squirrely.

So I looked at the suspension, front first, then rear, when I found the lower right shock mount had come apart on the Malossi shock.

The washer that held it in place only held the bushing, not the shock ring, and the bushing and shock had separated.

I found a larger washer to hold both pieces on and together and it appears to be riding better again.
This is after I had removed the nut and washer. You can see the bushing still on the shaft with the bottom of the shock detached.
