There is some very suspect bits showing, but that may just be due to an owner and not a place of origin.

I would look very close IN PERSON before parting with any dough.

I would steer clear personally. Photos 10 & 18 show lots of crazing in the paintwork, consistent with there being a generous skim of body filler across the floor and tunnel. The seams appear to be completely 'missing' where the left and right rear sections meet the tunnel, again suggesting a lot of filler build up in that area.

Funny... this auction isn't that far from me. Several weeks ago, when I saw the scoot as one of the lots for sale, I wrote to the auction house to suggest to them what we here all know it is: a real p.o.s. fake-o restored scoot. Or, I was more polite, maybe. But they didn't reply to me or remove the item, last I checked.
