Are you serious? I've seen some pics that were as close as mine without being in the actual exact spot. And I got lucky to find an open service road with a parks dept guy working on the gate so I asked if I could sneak in and good shot.

It's a hundred yards away fer chrissake.

that boaty thing on the left is a small paddle wheeler, i tried to get a shot with the wheel showing but couldn't do it.

My shot is from Green Island Road. I was trying to get as close as possible for a shot and just got lucky when I went to the end of that road.

Next tag coming up. It should be an easy one. And it's a beautiful day so everyone should get out on the road instead of scratching their head wondering where the place is.

kind of an old tag but i think i saw you drive down thornton across the 880 a few months back... the first time i've seen an mp3 on the road. i was like "WOW!"

Ok, this tag is harder than I thought!

First clue: It's at a Marina. That was most definitely me. I have yet to see even a single MP3 anywhere near here. Probably doesn't help that Piaggio only sends of a few at a time and they quickly sell out.

I think there's a 'rule' that if the tag's not picked up in a reasonable amount of time, the 'it' person gives a clue per day until someone gets it.

This one was a straight, 10 minute ride from where I work. Couldn't believe it was so close for so long.

Guess my tag from this morning is now worthless. No more scooting by the Farmers Market while I am out.

At the speed this game goes in the East Bay, there's no hurry. The tag will probably sit there for a month before someone stirs themselves to go fetch it

Kind of like the Bay Area tag, which seems to have died on the vine.
