Well, after 37 months of ownership I can report that I experienced a problem.

Yeah, "a" problem.
The gas cap is cr_p.

If Piaggio ,Vietnam, is following my posts - I recommend that they send a fellow across the border from Vietnam to China - and have him pick up a big bag of these nice billet gas caps.

I'll be certain to post here if I find another problem with this scooter, as supplied to me from Piaggio,VN..

I sold the scoot on the left to buy the scoot in the middle, in 2017.
Have been smiling ever since.

It's my fault the nice mirrors are somewhat blocked by my shoulders....and the flyscreen wasn't stock.
I did keep my hands off of it for nearly 3 months ....before checking the valves and changing the oil.....for fun.

O.S.

I will agree about that darn gas cap and confess I fought with mine for over a year before buying a replacement.... and with such a small tank, ya, I was fighting that stinking cap far too often, fight to get it off, fight to get it back on.
But I patronized ScooterWest and had a new cap added in with some much needed parts, like that LXV150IE front mudguard I managed to destroy... and a usb outlet.

BUT, keep a eye on the gasket that comes with the fancy aluminum red gas cap. The seal will dry rot and not seal well. I reused the gasket from the horrible plastic gas cap. So far so good.

I agree, the gas cap is crap, idk what they were thinking when they made this cap. I just sold my 2018 150s Liberty and already miss it! It rides so much better than my Gts 300.

What I found funny was the fact that you can get a cheap lawn mower with a plastic tank and cap and it seals easy and perfect. Even a 20 year old TORO gas cap easily goes on and still seals like new. Still like my Liberty though, just wish there was a way to submit improvements.
