Looks like a nice bike as long as you are happy with the Patina.-I think it looks good, but I would have to see it in person. Get some wax or some sort of oil made for restoring auto paint to protect it from getting worse.

If the rust is going to bother you I would consider looking for a P200 with really nice paint.
It would be pretty expensive and or time consuming to prep and paint if you want it to look super clean.
