Hello. I have a tall oem windscreen that the dealer put on so I don't know what size Allan key I need to do any adjustments. Thank you

Go to your local hardware store or bicycle store and buy a good quality metric set. Buy quality tools that will last because they'll come in handy again one day.

It's a 3mm allen. Like fishFingers suggests, get a set of quality metric Allen keys, preferably ball-ended to one end.

The letters and numbers on the screw head indicate the material, i believe it is polished stainless steel.

Yes ... also because scooter manufacturers only use the metric system; remember not to tighten the screw too much on the plastic otherwise it could crack (the plastic, not the screw).

When and if the pandemic ends I take my scooter and I come to visit you in Cyprus ... it's not far away (all by sea) more or less.
