Hello MV Community,

I was so happy to discover you via a Google search for rides and clubs in the Hudson Valley.

I'm enjoying the various posts and conversations. I have a recently acquired 2009 red LX50, and am loving life!

A bit about me: I'm a fair-weather rider, living in Columbia County near Harlemville/Hawthorn Valley, and I have a Chihuahua named Cassius Clay who rides with me. Given my bike is a 50cc, I'm a slowpoke mellow rider, and couldn't be happier.

Looking forward to riding with some folks when the weather permits.

Even thou it is only 50cc most people will recommend that you take a Motorcycle Safety Foundation class which will provide lots of information and skills to ride safely. A bonus is you get your motorcycle endorsement so you can move up to a larger scooter to explore more on!
