So.....
70mm bore;
Alloy block with steel stock sleeve pressed in I am guessing;
Volume of 219.36cc with 57mm stroke.

Is this a good candidate for dremel and experiment?
Or just a waste of time and money??

No, it's crap. They seize easily. You'll get better results boring a stock cylinder with a GS or Malossi piston...

Exhaust stub thread stripped on one I saw. Quite an expensive cylinder, as it won't last one week.
Iron Polini 207. Highly tunable. Strong. Cheap.
