P.O. did seals, gaskets, Orings, rebuilt carb and clutch. Probably some other stuff too. I bought it this spring, started it once and drained the gas. Haven't touched it since (been geeking out on a motorcycle lately). Not titled so you'd have to go the Vermont title route.
