Moscatelli Moto https://www.facebook.com/MoscatellimotoRoma did a 1100ccm conversation kit for the GP800/SRV850. Since the original cylinders are the same type and very similar to the Master 400/500 would be 550ccm on a Master engine.

I am searching for information which the piston they used. Maybe anyone knows the brand or type.

The last pic is another piston of a conversion cylinder of them, seems to have even bigger bore. Anyone knows anything about it? CP Carillo Pistons?

Does anyone ever implanted a >94mm piston and is willing to share information?

nope will be a 500 stilll different stroke

a SRV/ GP800 does have a 69 stroke not a 74 like th e 492cc twinspark also the holes for the camshaftchain are upside down

in the pic you see a crankshaft thats from a Ducati with a different stroke 71 or 73mm and they use a modified stock Piaggio 492 Cylinder

And mosscatelli only sells the kit including building it on a bike
