while cleaning up i stumbled across this. i have no idea what it came off of or how i got it.

anyway, any guesses from the gallery? anybody want it?

Vietnamese license plate. This would have been on a motorbike sold in HCMC-52.

When you buy your bike in VN, you pay the tax once and you are good for life. also, the plate stays with the bike and plates are never updated, if you bought a shitty lambretta in 1964, you ideally could be running that original plate from 64. . . unless you loose it and then that an entire different problem.

different then our system, but different country all together.
