some ding-dong knocked the studs out of these rims, don't ask. i have no clue why somebody would do that. anyway, i figured they'd be great to make hub holders out of. so if you want one, hit me up and i'll shoot it off to you, just cover the shipping. they fit in a flat rate box. i have five of them.

What's a hub holder? I was thinking if I could find a used hub and wheel cheap enough I could mount it on the wall as a hose reel. Just have to add a handle to crank it with.

Maybe put a Vespa sticker on it, "Vintage Vespa" hose reel. |

Maybe add a spare 8" rim to the pile too, I've got a Vespa 10" hub holder. I had a Lammy one before I sold all those tools . I've got to get out on that Primmy soon, I raised the needle 1/2 clip but never checked it. It was lean in the middle a bit. I will include some supplies for the cp21.

Hope you're mending well. i work heavy diesel when i'm not playing scooters. anyway, i was paired up with a green horn who didn't secure a snatch block correctly and the pull chain jumped off, whipped back and the hook end lit me up. i was bundled up, which probably saved me from real damage. but i wound up with a hairline fracture and a super ugly bruise. funny part is that i worked all week "gritting it out" until the pain and the bruise were still persistent two weeks later. an x-ray and some help from my doctor friend got me sorted. i've got most of my mobility back, but working on the strength returning. so i'll be back up on the weather vane crowing soon! in the mean time, i've just been low impact and selling off parts and such -g |
