I'm trying to change the front brake cable (complete cable) on my Lusso. I can't figure out to thread it from the wheel end. How do i get the old broke cable out? How do i thread the new one? Any tips and tricks?
How to i get this part out?

And how do i thread this part after attaching the barrel to the lever at the wheel?

I have seen that style of cable only in pictures on the Haynes manual.
It appears to be one assembled unit, meaning that the inner wire cannot be removed from the outer guide. In your case, you have no other choice but cut the old cable and outer guide at the lower end.
You then remove the upper headset cover, the brake lever, and slide off the inner cable wire from the lever.
The next step would be to get a long (2 m) flexible steel wire and insert it through the cable guide until you see it at the wheel end . Then wrap the wire securely around the new cable nipple, and wrap tape over it and the end of the new cable.
Pull the old cable guide from above while gently feeding it in through the entry hole on the fork (inside the mudguard) until the new cable comes in at the top of the headset.
Now the rest is easy; remove the inserted wire and tape, insert the new cable guide through the headset and attach the nipple to the lever; reinstall the lever.
At the wheel end, insert the new guide and inner cable, install the barrel end on the brake lever, the knurled nut, and adjust the brake lever travel.

It looks to be the same as a T5 brake cable. Yank the old one out, and put in a new one.

I got the cable out by cutting it. The part at the end of the arrow is not budging. I need to get this out to thread the new cable which has the same part already attached. Is there anything that is stopping this from moving? A clip?
This part is totally stuck.

No clip. It's probably rusted in there. Use your favorite penetrating oil, then grab it with a pair of Vise-grips and try moving it back an forth to get it out.

Since the cable is out, hit it from the other side...

Thanks! I sprayed some WD40 on it and will let it sit overnight. I'll try to knock it out. The rest should be easy it seems

Standard WD40 in a blue can, isn't a penetrating oil, doesn't work well if that what you actually need. Here's a list I use PB or Sea Foam Deep Creep myself.
