Hello, I decided to improve the muffler of my Vespa GTS 300.
I had an old muffler on hand and decided to experiment.

My idea was to increase the noise slightly. and improve exhaust emissions.
For starters, I cut the muffler on the inside near the edge.
Then I changed the path of the gases.
I welded the muffler. I cleaned the rust. I applied a rust converter. I painted the muffler with a temperature-resistant paint.
I also made a video, if you want you can see it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=08aCi0CJwec.
Thank you for your attention.
