2008, black Vespa S150, 5100 miles, currently not running due to sitting for about 3 years. Carb needs to be serviced, intake bellows needs to be replaced, and rear tire stem needs to be replaced. I haven't repaired this scoot partly because it looks like I won't be able to get it titled and registered despite what the previous seller told me (sold with CoD , which is past the 30 day deadline to get a rebuilt title in my state).
