Hello friends. The rubber surface of steering handles is worn out. Handles OEM are equipped with heating system. The heating system is ok and works correctly. Is it possibly to buy only rubber part of the handles somewhere? Any ideas....
Thanks Bob (Bylead)

IF I am reading this correctly, the OP already has heated grips. He is merely looking for replacement of his worn grips without the wiring harness, relay and mounting hardware.

Here is a replacement set (grips only) on the Easyparts.nl site.

The rubber is not available separately AFAIK since it appears to be integrated with the heating element.

I have new original rubber grips, but I am not sure if they fit to heated grips. See PM.

ТО Maksor: Thanks but no. I only want to replace the rubber parts. Heating system is functioning correctly. China-made grips don't appeal to me.
TO Sbaert: The rubber is not integrated with the heating element (photo). I only want to replace the rubber. Thanks but no.
TO Jah:See PM.
Thank you very much for your willingness to help me.
As they say here in Russia: We will search ))

Wouldn't standard motorcycle grips fit? Something like this:

Then just buy the standard (non heated) grips and swap over the rubber. Case closed.

Or better yet, reuse the grips that came with the bike originally since the heated grips were a dealer added option. That would be the zero cost solution

It is very odd yours are worn out so quickly being a 2018 model, considering my bike is a 2015 with the same heated grips and they still look like new after 30K km.

Yes they will fit, as long he buys the opend end grip and buy two pairs of it as he need two right end (gas) grip that are larger and allows room for the heating elements.

I am very surprised at how quickly the grips wear out. The mileage is 16000 km. Probably they are now made from shit and sticks)). I have the standard grips. They are 7/8 "or 22mm in size. Right grip - 24mm. Heating system grips are 26mm on both sides. Length 125mm. Thank you all very much.

Excessive wearing could be coused by using od hand cream or some mineral oils and riding without gloves.

Grips Ariete 02624 \ LN have a diameter of 26mm. Length 125mm. OK. Price $ 25. (Foto1)
https://www.ebay.com/itm/ARIETE-02624-LN-Grip-Pair-BMW-Open-D-26-For-Multi-Controller-Navigator-/143674727768?_ul=BY

Before installing the grips, you need to make slots for the wires. (Foto2) Grips are much stiffer than OEM grips. Before installing, you need to apply a secret Russian lubricant. (foto3)
Now install the left grip. (Foto 4). Here is the result (Foto 5-6). The problem has been resolved. P.S. According to the old Russian custom, you need to drink the lubricant. Everything. No residue. Then the grips will last happily ever after.
Thanks a lot, friends.

Hi Maksor - those look nice, but I see the ends are capped. Do you just cut off the ends in order to install bar-end weights?
